Hi. We tend to use your business every couple of months and usually your collection/delivery service is excellent. We had an order from you last night which went over it’s due time by 90 minutes. It seems the order was forgotten. I rang when it was 30 minutes overdue and your employee dismissed it and said that it would arrive shortly without checking my order or name at all. It had not arrived a further 35 minutes later so I rang again and they seemed to have forgotten it. It arrived finally 90 minutes late. Adam your driver was excellent and he apologised and explained that it had been forgotten. This was disappointing as it was a celebratory meal as we had moved into our house and my children were very hungry. The food however was excellent as it always is. We appreciated the free M and Ms and milkshake but we will now reconsider whether to order again with you as we have lost confidence. I understand you were busy but if your employee had not dismissed us this would have been sorted a lot sooner. I await your response.

FAO The manager. Hi, we spoke a couple of weeks ago when you called me in regards to a delivery that never arrived (James Webster). I really appreciated the call, and your offer to provide a free meal delivered (to the same value). However, when I called the restaurant to request this, they didn't have a clue who I was and weren't able to fulfil the order and told me you would contact me! I understand this could just be an error, so please get back to me asap so we can sort. Thanks, James

Hi. I've ordered many times before and food has usually been OK. Today it was very late and the quality was just quite poor. Onion rings weren't really cooked. I ordered bacon on the burger but no bacon. Chips soggy.

We've decided were not ordering anymore due to the abysmal customer service. We've had orders forgotten for pick up, called up after an hour to be told delivery forgotten, turned up today to pick up a pre order and the whole place is closed. Not worth the stress. There's no doubting the quality of food, but there's a big mistake 25% of the time.

I'll certainly order from you if you are open through lockdown, but can you give opening hours? And possibly a need for magic or correction from your menu!! Well I’ve ordered several times before and unfortunately the service gets worse and worse. During lockdown things went wrong with the order and the manager was lovely and although attempted to rectify it wasn’t perfect but let it go because of the situation and having bigger things going on in the world. I placed an order this evening at 17:40. I rang at 19:00 to find out what was happening and I am told it’s another 20 minutes. Not great when you have children waiting for food. I loved the burgers but for me this will be a last time order from me. I might be one person and perhaps you don’t care but I’m really disappointed
